That’s quite the same what thought when I first used my S4 yesterday, so I checked a lot of pictures and videos and it seems that almost all watches have a little gap compared to the older models. The gap is annoying for me, because you can see a black part of the crown parts shining through, even if you are not looking really close at it. The first attached picture is my watch, the second one one of a lot of pictures I found in the internet. I’m also quite unsure if it is faulty this way or not and the next store is 2h away.
At first I thought it was normal and just a mixture of angles and shadows playing tricks on my eyes (which I still think is what's causing it to look uneven or at an angle). But looking at my SS S4 (but not space grey) I don't see any of the stem going from the crown into the body.
