Follow these steps to create a new Identity in Outlook 2016. To do so follow these steps: • Close all open Office Applications.
• Click on Go in the Finder tool-bar at the top of the screen and then click on Applications. • Click on Microsoft Office 2016 OR Outlook 2016 OR Outlook 2016 for Mac > Office. • Find and double-click on Microsoft Database Utility. • You will see a list of all identities being used in Outlook 2016 for Mac. • To create a new Identity click on the ‘+’ sign at the bottom left of the Microsoft Database Utility box. • Name the new Identity. • Select the newly created Identity and click on the Gear symbol at the bottom.
